Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days unless otherwise noted on “made to order” products.
All orders placed on a Friday will ship by the following Tuesday. If there is a holiday, shipment will occur on the next business day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders will ship according to weight. Orders including T-shirts will ship Priority Mail or First Class depending on weight.
Estimated delivery time
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after shipment.
First Class: 3-7 business days after shipment.
Media mail: 4-8 business days after shipment.
Any orders including an item that is on “pre-order” status will be held and shipped when the aforementioned item becomes available.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be done the same as to residential/business addresses,

Customs, duties, and taxes
DNVF is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DNVF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Orders can be shipped worldwide. Customer is responsible for appropriate delay in shipping time and any additional costs.
All sales are final once payment clears. If an item arrives damaged and DNVF is at fault we will replace the item free of charge.
